Fertigungslizenzen Industrie-Hubschrauber-Drohnen
Auf Anfrage bieten wir Lizenzen für die Herstellung verschiedener Industrie-Hubschrauberdrohnen an. Alle angebotenen Hubschrauberdrohnen wurden in den letzten Jahren von uns entwickelt und stehen nun zum Verkauf. Weitere Informationen finden Sie in den Spezifikationen der einzelnen unten aufgeführten Typen.
Die Leistungsdaten der angebotenen Drohnen sind weitaus höher als die der üblichen Drohnen, so dass Flugzeiten von bis zu 3,5 Stunden oder eine Nutzlast von bis zu 50 kg erreicht werden können (Kraftstoff inkl. Nutzlast in Form von Geräten wie Kamerasystemen), 3D-Scanner, Messgeräte oder z.B. Sprühgeräte für die Land- oder Forstwirtschaft).
Neben den beiden Drohnen Koax X-252 und Koax X-342, mit Koaxial-Rotorsystem, bieten wir auch alle Drohnen-Systeme der Dragonfly-Serie (Dragonfly T15, T25, M35 und T50) mit Flettner-Doppelrotor sowie den Dragon-50 V2 (SDO 50 V2) der Swissdrones AG an.
Alle angebotenen Hubschrauberdrohnen sind Industrieversionen, die hinsichtlich minimalem Wartungsaufwand und minimalen Kosten optimiert sind.
Ausgestattet mit einem Flightcontroller können die Drohnen für eine Vielzahl von Aufgaben eingesetzt werden.

Technical specifications:
• Coaxial rotor system with 2 x 3 rotor blades, in opposite directions
• Rotor diameter 3.40 m
• Drive by powered by rotary engine with approx. 20 - 30 kW of power (depending on the manufacturer and version)
• Transmission: 2-stage reduction gear, both stages with oil bath
• Robust industrial design, designed for low maintenance and operation costs
• Flight time: with a fuel consumption of approx. 6.5 liters per hour, 4 hours of flight time is possible; with additional tanks, longer flight times are also possible (up to 7 h)
• Integrated generator for charging the buffer batteries for autopilot and payload. Can also be used as a drive for a safe landing in an emergency (possible on request)
• Motor unit mounted on a separate frame for quick changing if necessary
• The shown Wankel engine is not part of the license. But any other Wankel engine including integration (e.g. EVS/Skypower, Aixro, UAV engines, Austro Engine), as far as possible
